A year ago Vanessa was acting for the owner of a property I wished to lease in Meaford when my wife and I were moving here from Toronto. As I did not have my own agent Vanessa offered to handle the whole process and led us through all the necessary steps from answering our questions about the property, arranging interviews with the owner, handling all the necessary documentation, and transfer of keys, etc.
